Hi, I am an entrepreneur in France and I have my SIRET number already. I’m working as a Customer Service Representative for a company based in Hungary. But I don’t know if I’m in the correct activity. I can see there are “liberale” , “artisanale” and “commerciale”. I enrolled myself as “liberale”. Can someone clarify if I’m in the correct activity field, please? Thanks!

In reply to Charli. So you don't have to use your micro-enterprise for clients outside of France? If all of your clients are outside of France do you need a micro-enterprise?

Hello,
I would like to continue working in France for my Canadian employer (telework/remote work) on a part-time basis, while I am living in France for one year. I am having trouble finding out information on if I can do this, and if yes, what is required of me, as an employee, and my company, as employer. My company does not do business in France/Europe (does not sell goods nor provide services abroad) and does not compete or have vendors/clients in Europe. If you can provide any help on how to research this ~ I would be grateful!

I have applied for the siret and siren number to work as a freelancer.
Its been more than two weeks. But unfortunately I didn’t receive the Tax number till date. Can I start working freelancer with my declaration number until I get my Siret and Siren number.

Hi Charli, thanks for the great article. I am actually already set-up as a micro-entrepreneur but wanted to add a second business activity. Your article mentioned having more than one business activity i.e SIRET number. Could you tell how to go about registering a second activity?
